In this role, you will lead SAP Service Management initiatives to optimize integrated customer service processes using SAP S/4HANA, Service Cloud, and Field Service Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions, architect implementations, and guide client engagements across Europe. You will manage large delivery teams, including offshore members, and serve as a confident, executive-facing consultant. This position offers the chance to shape service automation programs and drive value for enterprise clients in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

• Lead SAP CS and S/4HANA Service implementations including design, architecture, and estimation
• Drive configuration and integration of SAP Service Cloud and FSM with existing SAP solutions
• Lead client-facing engagements and deliver high-quality consulting services
• Manage teams of 15+ members, including offshore resources, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable service management solutions
• Support project management activities and governance across engagements
Responsabilidades
• Strong experience in SAP Customer Service (ECC CS, S/4HANA Service)
• Must have SAP S/4HANA Service implementation experience including functional design, solution architecture and estimation
• Experience in SAP Service Cloud and SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is a plus
• Project Management experience
• Experience managing teams of 15+, including offshore teams
• External client-facing consulting experience
