As a General Manager, you’ll have ownership of a single Jack’s store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you’ll manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards.
* Provide smiling, friendly service to guests.
* Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals.
* Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team.
* Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods (especially chicken).
* Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued.
