We're expanding and currently looking for a
Sales Manager - Aerospace (m/f/d)
to join and strengthen our team in
Getafe, (Madrid), Spain.As part of this role, you will lead the growth and diversification of Sogeclair's aerospace business in Spain by managing current accounts, acquiring new customers, and developing long-term business relationships. You will collaborate closely with engineering, recruitment, and finance teams across Europe, all within a results-driven, international environment.You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility within your business unit, acting as the key commercial interface with clients and supporting the overall delivery of the company's strategic growth plan in the Iberian aerospace market.
Your main tasks will be:
Identifying, negotiating, and concluding new business opportunities for technical engineering servicesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key aerospace clients, including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliersLeading recruitment and management of engineering consultants assigned to your business unitManaging financial performance, including sales targets, profitability, and project marginsSupporting bid preparation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiationContributing to transnational business coordination and strategic planning with international teamsFounded in 1962, SOGECLAIR is a group of engineering companies specializing in high technologies. Requirements
5-10 years of experience
in a similar sales or business development role within the aerospace sectorProven track record in securing engineering services contracts and managing client portfoliosStrong commercial acumen, with knowledge of pricing, budgeting, and profitability analysisBackground in engineering, with a
degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related fieldFluent in
Spanish and English
(written and spoken);
French is a plusConfident working in cross-functional and multicultural environmentsComfortable handling both strategic business planning and day-to-day operationsKnowledge of aerospace industry clients, especially Airbus Spain and major suppliersFamiliarity with CRM systems, project tracking tools, and engineering service operations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholdersProactive and self-driven, able to identify and act on opportunities independentlyResults-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityCollaborative leadership style, capable of motivating and supporting cross-functional teamsAdaptability and resilience, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settingsStrategic thinker, with the ability to balance long-term goals and short-term execution
