Role Purpose
The Carrier Manager plays a key role in ensuring the optimal selection, performance, and development of transport providers across multimodal logistics operations.

This position is responsible for managing carrier relationships, driving performance through KPIs, and ensuring full compliance with DHL and customer standards.

The role acts as a strategic link between Operations, Planning, Procurement, and external partners, contributing to cost efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with LLP Operations, Planning, central Procurement (PCM) teams, and customers to identify and secure the most suitable and cost-effective transport providers across regions and lanes.\n
- Own and manage carrier performance through KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and the implementation of corrective action plans where needed.

- Establish and lead regular carrier review processes, fostering strong partnerships and continuous performance improvement.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new carriers to ensure capacity, competitiveness, and service excellence.

- Ensure all carriers comply with LLP and customer standards, including Quality, Security, Operational, and Corporate requirements, in line with contractual obligations.
