Account Manager (ES & LATAM Markets), Sales
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team, focusing on Spanish and Latin American markets. At Kango, we provide premium backlink building services through our platform that connects clients with over 32,000 carefully vetted publishers across the US and EU markets.
Tasks:
* Manage and grow relationships with Spanish and Latin American market clients
* Understand clients' link building needs and provide strategic recommendations
* Guide clients through our platform's features and capabilities
* Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Work closely with our publisher vetting team to expand regional coverage
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the SEO/link building space
* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations in Spanish and English
* Maintain accurate client records and sales forecasts in our CRM
* Collaborate with marketing team on regional growth initiatives
* Provide feedback on product features based on client needs
Requirements:
* Native or near-native Spanish speaker with fluent English
* 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
* Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing accounts
* Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Self-motivated with strong time management skills
* Knowledge of Latin American business cultures and markets
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
