We are looking for a SAP Basis & Linux Lead >
your role will be to support, maintain and develop the SAP Basis and Linux services for an international company of the pharma sector.With 3+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience, 3+ years of Linux/UNIX system administration experience and Proven experience in managing enterprise-level SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and Linux servers, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.Plan and execute SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal business disruption.Design and support high availability and disaster recovery solutions.Monitor system health and performance, implementing proactive improvements.Manage SAP user administration, authorizations, and security in line with company policies.Perform SAP database admin tasks such as backups, recovery, and tuning.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain thorough system documentation.Collaborate on capacity planning and integration with other enterprise systems.Provide off-hours support for critical systems when required.Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
