It is a key strategic thought partner to the Head of Marketing on Embed strategy, business development & priorities and resource allocation. The Senior BM will be responsible for close collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency & distributor partners, to develop annual and long-term strategic brand plans for Iberia.Brand Strategy & ExecutionLead acceleration and development of SP strategy and portfolio/market prioritization in collaboration with Head of Marketing and GM.Develop a close working relationship with global brand teams to align brand plans and long-term strategic direction.Given the importance of the Iberia market for both brands, being a strong partner and consultant for the global team contributing to development of global strategy and brand communications.Develop and lead go to market campaigns & initiatives including but not limited to ATL, field experiential marketing / event activation activities, brand advocacy etc.Provide guidance and input into local agency relationships by brand.Partner closely with trade marketing and sales team for effective channel & customer programs across Off Premise, On Premise and E-Commerce.Track and measure key brand and business metrics with actionable outputs and reapplied learnings.Perform the role of brand guardian and is ultimately responsible that all B-F consumer/customer communication is in line with overall brand rules, is fully compliant with the local law and is following the internal legal B-F procedures.Support the management and delivery of the P&Ls for Gin Mare and SP portfolio in Iberia in close collaboration with Head of Marketing, GM and Finance Manager.Lead the development of A&P budget needed to deliver the agreed targets and ensure regular tracking. Qualified in marketing and/or minimum 6 years relevant experience in brand managementProven track record of successfully delivering brand growth in a highly competitive environmentFluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and writtenIT literate - MS Office applications & Google applicationsExperience in spirits or image driven premium brandsPrevious experience of managing digital and social media campaignsPeople managementSuperb creative flair, passionate about building brandsAble and willing to travel internationally and attend evening and weekend events when neededWe believe great people build great brands.
