Job Description
1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including customer support during sales development, project delivery, commissioning, and post-delivery support.
2. Resolve technical issues promptly, track feedback, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
3. Gather customer requirements and communicate effectively with the R&D department.
4. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and product improvement opportunities.
5. Collaborate with R&D to drive product enhancements and upgrades.
6. Create and deliver technical documentation and training materials.
7. Compile repair case studies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical power, communication, electronics, measurement and control, automotive engineering, or related fields.
* At least 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in charging stations or new energy is preferred.
* Strong methodology, execution, pressure resistance, teamwork, learning ability, service consciousness, responsibility, meticulousness, and self-drive.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
