What are we looking for?
At Dogfy Diet, we are looking for a Growth Manager with native German for the German market, to join our Marketing team at our Zona Franca (Barcelona) offices, reporting directly to our CMO.
💼 Your day-to-day responsibilities will include…
- Planning and coordinating acquisition and growth strategies to scale the customer base in line with FTB objectives.
- Supporting, coordinating, and collaborating with the internal performance marketing team to apply the latest practices, scale paid media campaign performance, and develop new acquisition strategies.
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing flows tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborating with the product team to design and execute A/B tests on website elements, landing pages, and the sales funnel, with the goal of improving conversion rates.
- Working closely with the sales team on a weekly basis to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring constant feedback exchange and steady progress toward monthly targets.
- Developing and executing strategies to improve retention.
- Collaborating with the customer support team to enhance efficiency in handling tickets and incidents.
🎯 Are you the missing piece?
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Native level of German. Conversational Spanish or English.
- Experience in the German market.
- Strong expertise in SEM, paid social media campaigns, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Highly analytical, results-oriented profile, with experience in cohort analysis, CAC/LTV modeling, and KPI tracking.
- Advanced command of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, paid media platforms, and data visualization tools.
