This position contributes to the success of Roche Diagnostic Spain by coordinating the day-to-day warehouse operations. Responsibilities include continuous improvement of processes and service.
Your key responsibilities :
You will assist Operations Managers in leading daily operations, being responsible for ensuring the warehouse process is handled efficiently and precisely.
You will be responsible for organizing inventory of stock in the warehouse, managing changes and adjustments in the warehouse inventory system, controlling expired and obsolete products, and collecting the monthly KPI report and other reports.
You will manage all documentation related to the Quality Management System: manuals, procedures, non-conformities, continuous improvement action plans in Supply Chain, and documentation necessary for export and the execution of intrastat documents.
You will participate in projects related to technical or system changes to adapt operations to new business needs.
This role requires the employee to be capable of developing any activity in the warehouse: receiving, storage, inventory management, product slotting, picking, packing, kitting, and possibly operating heavy equipment like a forklift.
Who you are :
You hold a Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or technical engineering.
You have knowledge of Distribution Center activities and systems, including parameters and stock management and supply techniques. You are an expert in all processes and systems within the warehouse.
You have experience with SAP R3 MM / PP Module and microcomputing at the user level.
You are fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
The position is non-remote and located in Sant Cugat (Barcelona), Spain.
