We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner, who will act as a consultant to managers and employees linking HR strategy with business goals.Responsibilities- Support general HR activities, including personnel management, recruitment, labor compliance, employee relations, organizational diagnosis, training and development, and compensation and benefits.- Provide technical guidance on labor legislation, internal procedures, and company policies.- Assist in the selection, dispatch, on-site management, performance evaluation and return arrangements of dispatched personnel (Chinese), coordinate and follow up on the entire process of dispatch contracts, compensation benefits, taxes and insurance.- Provide welfare and administrative support to dispatched personnel, maintaining communication with them and with relevant departments.- Facilitate the integration of dispatched personnel with the local team, organize cross-cultural training, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.Qualifications- University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar activities, preferably in the industrial sector or international environments.- Advanced knowledge of English (oral and written) and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.- Knowledge of both local and international labor regulations.- Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).What we offer- The opportunity to join the launch of a strategic industrial project from day one.- Multicultural and dynamic environment.- Professional growth and visibility in a transforming organization.- Attractive company benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
