brThe SAP Field Services Transformation Digital Tools Specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Field Services (FS) organization by leading SAP-related projects, ensuring successful tool integration, process optimization, governance, and digital transformation.

brThis role is key to improving efficiency, standardizing execution, and enabling data‑driven decision-making across countries.

brYou will lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of SAP and other global FS tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and digital applications.

brKey Responsibilities

brSAP Integration Deployment (Core Focus)
br
brLead SAP implementation and integration projects within the Field Services organization.
brEnsure effective rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of SAP modules related to FS operations.
brAct as the subject matter expert on SAP process flows, data dependencies, and cross‑module integration.
brDrive change management and user enablement to maximize tool utilization.
brIdentify gaps, define requirements, and collaborate with IT and global teams for enhancements and system upgrades.

brOperational Excellence Process Improvement
br
brDeploy end‑to‑end FS service processes, playbooks, and operating models, ensuring compliance across countries.
brLead initiatives under the Annual Execution Plan (AEP), covering Safety, Cybersecurity, Productivity, Tendering Delivery, and readiness for new offer launches.
brOptimize productivity and efficiency across all execution activities, including:
brStandard time and labor utilization
brWorkforce planning and structure ratios
brOvertime and billable utilization
brCost optimization (warranty costs, project GM, subcontracting costs)

brDigital Tools Applications
br
brChampion digitalization across Field Services through rollout and enablement of global applications and productivity tools.
brEnsure proper adoption of FS Execution tools (including Ecostruxure platforms and global digital applications).
brLead FSR enablement programs and cybersecurity-related initiatives.

brBusiness Analytics Governance
br
brAct as the analytics hub for the FS Execution team.
brMonitor KPIs, trends, and deviations through dashboards and business intelligence systems.
brProvide insights to improve execution, including:
brFootprint and coverage
brProduct failure rates
brTimesheet adherence
brEfficiency dashboards
brOpen work orders and backlog management
brLead Balanced Scorecard reporting for FS Execution.
brBuild and maintain project governance structures to ensure successful execution of all strategic initiatives.

brExperience with Field Service operations, processes, and financial drivers.
