With over 18,000 dedicated talents, we are heading to extend our operating footprints in the major markets to best serve the local customer needs, and aspiring to become the leader of local market. /ppbr/ppbPosition Overview: /b /ppAs a KAM Distributor Manager, you will manage and develop key distribution accounts for tyres across all segments. You will ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and service level objectives and be responsible for strategic planning, PL analysis, coordination with logistics, supply, and finance teams. You will work closely with Marketing Market Intelligence teams and report directly to the Regional Director for Iberia. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliManage commercial relationships with major distribution partners, maximizing business profitability and sustainability. /liliDevelop annual commercial plans and growth strategies for each key account, aligned with company goals. /liliNegotiate commercial agreements, contractual conditions, promotional activities, and sell-out initiatives. /liliMonitor and analyze customer-specific PL to ensure expected margins and profitability. /liliCoordinate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure appropriate stock levels and on-time deliveries. /liliPrepare accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with demand planning and Sales teams. /liliIdentify new business opportunities, product development prospects, and continuous improvement in the distribution channel. /liliPrepare regular performance reports and market analysis. /liliRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliUniversity degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. /liliMinimum of b5 years’ experience /b in similar roles within the automotive, tyre distribution, or industrial products sectors. /liliFluent in bEnglish /band bSpanish /b(written and spoken). /liliStrong knowledge of PL management, financial analysis, and logistics/supply chain processes. /liliPrevious experience managing multichannel accounts (B2B, retail, e-commerce). /liliIn-depth knowledge of the tyre market across different segments. /liliProficient in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, CRM systems). /liliWillingness to travel frequently within national and regional territories. /liliExcellent communication, influence, and presentation skills. /liliProactive, autonomous, and well-organized. /liliAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. /liliStrong customer focus and value generation mindset. /liliTeamwork, leadership, and collaborative spirit. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Can Offer: /b /pulliA platform to raise your innovative ideas and bring them into realization, make your mark in the tyre industry and beyond; /liliBeing part of a rapidly growing company which strives for further success worldwide; /liliBeing immersed in a people-oriented culture built on trust and respect; /liliBeing part of a diverse, fun, high-spirited and empowered team and interacting with counterparts from other regions internationally and colleagues from varied disciplines; /liliA commitment to train and develop you continuously throughout your career; /liliA career path that allows you to demonstrate your full potential; /liliCompetitive compensation and benefits package and non-financial recognition to reward your dedication and achievements. /li /ul
