Experteer Overview In this role, you partner with stakeholders to lead collective bargaining and labor relations efforts within Henkel. You will assess labor risks and implement proactive mitigation, resolve employee disputes, and represent the company in inspections and negotiations. You provide expert guidance on labor law, disciplinary procedures, and union interactions, while developing and maintaining labor relations documentation. - 1-2 years of HR experience in companies of similar size, including production environments, with strong expertise in labor law and employee relations
- Advanced English and fluent Spanish
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
