Next Job Abroad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agent to join our thriving team in the iGaming sector in beautiful Malta! Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries via multiple channels, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a positive relationship with our clients. If you have an affinity for customer service and a passion for the gaming world, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Dutch-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone
* Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions
* Educate customers about our gaming services and offerings
* Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
* Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service experiences
* Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service skills
Requirements
* Native or fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
* Experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with customer support technologies is a plus
* Willingness to relocate to Malta
* Interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry will be beneficial
