Experteer OverviewIn this role you implement and manage SAP IS-H/i.S.H.Med solutions for hospital environments. You will analyze hospital processes, configure the SAP modules, and ensure integration with clinical systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead workshops and training, and support upgrades or migrations. You help optimize patient management, billing, and bed/appointment workflows to support healthcare operations at scale.

- Conduct detailed functional analysis of hospital processes (admission, scheduling, bed management, emergency services, billing)
- Design and implement SAP IS-H/i.S.H.Med-based solutions
- Configure and parameterize module components (PAC, PMD, NBE, NF, etc.)
- Integrate with clinical systems (HIS/HCIS), e-Invoicing, and insurance systems
- Manage requirements, document functional specs and technical specs
- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integrations) for business support
- Lead workshops, support UAT, and train key users
- Resolve incidents and contribute to system evolution
- Participate in upgrades and migration projects (EHP, S/4HANA Healthcare)
Responsabilidades
- 5+ years as SAP IS-H consultant in hospital environments
- Mastery of hospital processes (patient management, admissions, movements, discharges)
- Experience with healthcare billing (private/arranged/public)
- Knowledge of bed management and clinical flows
- Experience with scheduling systems
- Experience in IS-H integrations: FHIR, HL7, web services
- IS-H customizing and full parameterization
