We are looking for a Senior Business Enterprise Architect to join our team and support one of our key clients, a multinational leader in the credit insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE enterprise architectures, aligned with strategic objectives.
* Deliver Project Start Architectures (PSA) and Program Initiation Architectures (PIA).
* Design IT landscape roadmaps, reference architectures, and cost-benefit advisory reports.
* Conduct risk and impact analyses to support decision-making processes.
* Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders.
* Govern enterprise architecture practices and contribute to professionalizing the discipline across the organization.
* Support change and innovation initiatives as part of global programs.
Skills:
* Master’s degree in Business Management or Computer Science.
* 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business, or IT/application architecture.
* Solid knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
* Proven experience in business process improvement, strategic planning, and architecture governance.
* Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
* Familiarity with architecture modelling tools and defining reference architectures.
* Domain-specific experience in the financial or credit insurance industry is highly valued.
* Advanced level of English (spoken and written) is essential.
