The Role
We are looking for a SaaS Sales Specialist who is passionate about startups, technology, and business growth.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns
* Present product demos and manage the end-to-end sales process
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, partners, and clients
* Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Maintain CRM data and report sales performance
Requirements
* Excellent command of Italian (C1–C2 level) – both written and spoken
* 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or AI tech environment
* Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven
* Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple markets and time zones
