Ph3BSC Store Operator Level I /h3 pReports to: bBSC Store Manager /b /p pSupervises: N/A /p h3Summary Statement /h3 pThe person in this position is responsible for assisting customers with merchandise and deployment needs, maintaining the BSC brand and customer service standards. /p h3Essential Job Functions /h3 ul li(Point of Sale) Accurately enter all customer information into the POS system. /li li(Point of Sale) Operate POS system to check out all customer purchases, returns or exchanges. /li li(Customer Service) Answer telephone calls and welcome customers by greeting them, learning their shopping purpose, and providing customer satisfaction with a friendly, courteous and professional attitude. /li li(Customer Service) Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and presente customers and others in a position to understand merchandise requirements. /li li(Customer Service) Resolve customer issues, seeking assistance from a manager if needed. /li li(Customer Service) Handle and assist with all sizing needs for deployments (if applicable). /li /ul pAdditional Job Functions (Level 1 must add ONE of the following job functions) /p ul liOrder Fulfillment ul liMust be able to fulfill back orders and complete sales transactions in back office. /li liEnsure that fulfillment of the order relieves inventory and increases sales. /li liWorks with store personnel to ensure orders are filled in preparation for pickup. /li liIf the store does Deployment operations, Order Fulfillment includes preparing the orders for the deployer and packing the deployment bag (if applicable). /li /ul /li liReceiving ul liMust be able to sign, verify, and receive inventory, submitting required paperwork. /li liAccurately In-check inventory being received from vendors. /li liAccurately In-check inventory being received as transfers from other BSC stores. /li liEnsures all stock is organized and located in appropriate storage areas. /li liOther receiving duties as assigned. /li /ul /li liStore Merchandising ul liMaintain a store that looks well stocked and conforms to the BSC store standards. /li liMaintain cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and office space. /li liPack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or sales floor. /li liResponsible for all NIS tags. /li liParticipate in store inventories, conduct cycle counts, and assist with A to Z shelf organization (if applicable). /li /ul /li liShipping ul liShipping orders to customers. Ensuring all paperwork is done, and the order is fully executed in the system (D365). /li liShipping store transfers to other Base Supply Centers. /li liMust understand the shipping process and ensure that items go out in a timely manner. /li /ul /li /ul h3Marginal Job Functions /h3 ul liAssist other personnel as time and knowledge permit. /li liParticipate in training and meetings as requested. /li liPerform other duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities /h3 ul liMust work professionally as part of a team with other store employees. /li liMust be able to comprehend and perform duties using established work and safety procedures. /li liMust perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workloads. /li liMust have excellent customer service skills. /li liAppearance must be neat, clean and in adherence to the company’s dress code policy. /li liMust have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li /ul h3Education And Work Experience /h3 ul liA high school diploma or equivalent is required. /li liTraining while on the job will be provided. /li /ul h3ISO 5.3 Organizational Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities /h3 pIFB employees have the responsibility and authority to ensure to produce first-quality products that meet customer requirements. /p h3EEO Statement /h3 pIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
