Your Role: Much More Than a Dealer
In this role, you aren’t just a card dealer—you are a professional Game Presenter and Entertainer. You will be the star of our live Dutch-language tables, broadcasted in real-time to thousands of players around the globe.
* Host World-Class Games: You’ll lead iconic games like Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat in a professional, engaging, and lively manner.

Estimated Monthly Earnings: €1,850 – €2,100 Gross
* Guaranteed Base: A fixed salary of €1,500 per month provides total peace of mind.
* Dutch Language Premium: Receive an additional €4.00 per hour for every hour you spend on camera.
* Performance Incentives: Earn up to €3.00 extra per hour based on your accuracy, quality evaluations, and professionalism.
* Night Shift Boost: We value our night owls—shifts worked between 22:55 and 08:00 include a +20% pay increase .
* Overtime Opportunities: While the standard is 35 hours, you have the flexibility to increase your hours up to 40 per week for extra pay.
