IT Project Manager
to join a
team in Barcelona Poblenou
for
telecom network deployment projects
.
As part of this role, you will
lead the end-to-end delivery of telecom network deployment projects
, coordinating with engineering, operations, product teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.
Lead
telecom network deployment projects across all phases: solution design, planning, delivery, pilot deployment, full rollout, operational readiness, and handover. Coordinate
with engineering, solution architects, operations, and vendors to define technical requirements and validate design options. Manage
project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources. Oversee
technical solution delivery, including integration, testing, and operational processes. Plan and execute
pilot site deployments, collect feedback, resolve issues, and refine deployment approaches before scaling. Engage and communicate
with customers, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and project governance.
Bachelor’s degree
in telecommunications, engineering, IT, or equivalent experience. ~3+ years of project management experience
in telecom, network deployment, or infrastructure rollout projects. ~ Strong knowledge of telecom networks
, including IP, RF, radio, connectivity, routers/switches, circuits, and site integration. ~ Experience managing pilot deployments and large-scale rollouts
, ensuring operational readiness. ~ Fluent English
, both written and spoken.
Experience in aviation, ATC, VHF, satellite, or mobility network projects. PMP or other project management certification. Experience in multi-site, large-scale infrastructure deployments.
