- Experience with **Active Directory** and Azure user support.
- Experience with **Intum** management.
- Proficiency in** Office 365** administration.
- Strong knowledge of **Windows** and **Mac** **OS** environments.
- Familiarity with **JIRA** and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to handle critical incident test cases efficiently.
- Conversational fluency in **English** and **Spanish**.
