¿Qué buscamos?
En dependencia de la Directora Regional, estamos buscando un/a delegado/a de ventas que se incorpore en el equipo de Biológicos del área Respiratoria para el área de Baleares y parte de Cataluña
Es importante que la persona que se una al equipo demuestre una fuerte orientación a resultados y consecución de los objetivos, con visión estratégica de negocio.
Se espera que tenga capacidad de análisis, innovación y creatividad para desarrollar planes adaptados a la situación de cada cuenta hospitalaria.
Principales responsabilidades
- Ser el enlace principal entre sus clientes y GSK.
- Priorizar y ejecutar las oportunidades clave para garantizar el crecimiento del producto.
- Proponer soluciones a los clientes para satisfacer las necesidades de sus pacientes.
- Ejecutar el plan de acción establecido en los objetivos y tiempos determinados, haciendo un seguimiento, y actuando en consecuencia si hay desviaciones (en las sesiones de Tiered Accountability).
- Ejecutar el plan de visitas establecido (coberturas y frecuencias), gestionando un fichero de clientes óptimo (S&T;)
- Coordinación de los planes tácticos con el resto de equipos cross-funcionales.
- Proponer soluciones a los clientes para satisfacer las necesidades de sus pacientes.
- Cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, y completar las tareas administrativas requeridas (notas de gastos, etc.).

Requisitos Básicos
- Estudios superiores, preferiblemente licenciatura universitaria en ciencias de la salud o similares.
- Al menos de 3 años de experiencia como Delegado/a de Ventas con especialistas del área de biológicos y entorno hospitalario.
- Habilidades comerciales y capacidad de innovación.
- Capacidad de Organización y Planificación.
- Coordinación y trabajo en equipo cross-funcional.
- Mentalidad retadora.
- Residencia en Baleares
Requisitos Valorables:
- Valorable experiencia/conocimiento en el Área de Respiratorio.
- Altamente valorable experiencia con Alergólogos, Neumólogos y Farmacia Hospitalaria.
