This position supports sales by generating leads and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include generating leads for sales managers, answering incoming sales calls, handling sales administration, and assisting in documentation and information gathering.
Responsibilities include:
* Focus on lead generation, researching relevant contacts, and communicating with decision-makers.
* Assist sales managers by creating presentations and supporting implementation processes.
* Help with legal documentation and preparation.
* Create Salesforce opportunities and brief sales managers on leads.
* Update sales managers on pending requests for proposals.
About you:
* Strong command of written and spoken German and English.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of B2B sales and CRM tools.
