Role Description
This is a part‑time (26h/week) hybrid role based in Gijón, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the coordination and execution of various projects, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met on time. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, overseeing logistical operations, and inspecting deliverables to maintain quality. You will work closely with stakeholders to meet project objectives and contribute to our mission of supporting sustainable actions and ocean regeneration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and lead projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor skills, ensuring project components are delivered on time.
- Experience in Logistics Management, including coordinating supply chains and optimizing processes.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on‑site responsibilities.
- Familiarity with technology practices, grant executing and interest in ocean finance is an advantage.
