**Job Details**To support the EMEALA Data Centers and Technology Digital Industry, we are currently looking for a:**Digital & Strategic Account Manager**:**What you will do **The Digital and Strategic Accounts Manager for the DC and Technology Industry vertical will be responsible for several accounts focusing solely on this industry. The role requires a dynamic, highly effective, and engaging seller with a strong foundation in C-Suite relationship selling and deep industry expertise.You will drive business outcomes for large customers by owning the executive relationship with key customers and leading (indirectly) teams of sellers for specific accounts/regions/products/solutions/services that enable customers to achieve their mission. This role is accountable for driving strong sales growth, increased share of wallet, via leading world class solutions that dramatically improve outcomes for customers.**How you will do it**- Be accountable for the defined EMEALA strategic accounts.- Responsible for the strategy and growth plan for core business, decarbonisation and digital as well as business execution to attain above market growth and capture entitlement within the defined accounts.- Lead and mobilise enterprise teams (sales, digital, services, engineering) and senior executives (VPs, President) to commit to drive Johnson Controls’ strategic business.- Lead strategic account strategy, planning and execution within our individual businesses, through close collaboration within region sales, marketing and operational teams.- Represent EMEALA in executive council engagements, operational reviews and strategic events.- Collaborate with the regional senior team to implement demonstrable actions to drive increase in customer success and loyalty.- Drive growth through detailed account planning focusing on delivering and developing customer outcomes in areas such as sustainability, digital transformation, smart buildings and health/wellness of employees.**What we look for**- Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in senior commercial leadership roles- Passion for growth and customer excellence- Experience in building effective programs like big ticket solution sales to drive above market performance in customer retention, acquisition, and expansion- Demonstrable experience in selling and partnering at C-suite level- Be a constant improver on your own selling capabilities with experience or openness to gain experience in sales methodologies such as Holden, Challenger, RSVP, etc.- Good knowledge of commercial technologies & platforms (e.G., Salesforce, Altify, etc.)- Demonstrable experience in how to drive effective utilization and return on such investments- Willingness to travel regularly through the region**What we offer**Johnson Control offers an interesting compensation package according to your qualification and experience.
