We are now seeking a multifaceted Client Support Specialist to join our team, combining client-facing support, transportation duties, and property maintenance supervision responsibilities.

The Role
This is a hands-on, dynamic position combining:
* Client support and engagement
* Safe and professional driving services
* Practical property maintenance oversight
You will play a key role in ensuring clients feel supported, safe, and comfortable while also helping maintain the high standards of our residences.
This is a non-clinical role — you will support therapeutic programmes without providing therapy, advice, or treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Daily Support
* Support clients through structured daily routines and activities
* Encourage participation in wellness, recovery, and social activities
* Provide calm, respectful, non-clinical emotional support
* Help prevent isolation and promote positive engagement
* Maintain professional boundaries at all times
Transport & Logistics
* Drive clients to and from: airports, therapy and medical appointments, approved external activities
* Ensure punctuality, discretion, and safety
* Maintain clean and well-presented company vehicles
* Coordinate with reception and operations teams for smooth scheduling
Client Journey Support
* Assist with arrivals, admissions, orientation, and departures
* Provide a welcoming and reassuring presence throughout the client stay
* Support transitions between residences and scheduled activities
Property Maintenance Supervision
A. Maintenance Oversight (Gardens, Pools, Outdoor Areas)
* Supervise gardening and pool maintenance work
* Plan weekly/monthly maintenance schedules
* Conduct inspections and ensure premium presentation standards
* Approve completed work or provide feedback
* Maintain maintenance checklists and schedules
B. Repairs & Technical Issues
* Handle minor repairs where appropriate and safe
* Coordinate external specialists for larger issues
* Document issues (photos + written reports)
* Escalate major repairs to management when required
C. Procurement & Supplies
* Purchase tools, materials, and maintenance supplies
* Ensure safe storage of chemicals and equipment
* Track and report expenses accurately
D. Contractor Coordination
* Organise and supervise external contractors
* Ensure work quality meets property standards
* Confirm work areas are left clean, safe, and completed properly
Reporting & Documentation
* Complete daily notes, incident reports, and handovers
* Report changes in client behaviour or wellbeing to senior staff
* Maintain GDPR-compliant documentation at all times
Safeguarding & Safety
* Follow all safeguarding procedures strictly
* Respond appropriately to incidents
* Maintain awareness of client and property safety at all times
Key Requirements
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Valid EU driving licence (Category B)
* Legal right to work in Spain
* Experience in hospitality, care, wellbeing, or client-facing roles
* Strong organisational and practical problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a structured residential environment
* Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, rotational shifts)
