As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer
You will be a professional applying your expertise to design and implement CRM solutions across all project phases. Your role involves solving problems with CRM solutions while liaising between clients and project teams, including Project Managers, UX Architects, and other CE professionals. This position offers the chance to work with Microsoft’s #1 partner, emphasizing personal development and training in both technology and consulting skills.
Responsibilities
* Proven experience with the following technologies:
o Dynamics CRM Customer Service
o Unified Service Desk
* Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform applications.
* Collaborating with global teams on CE technology projects.
* Strong consulting skills with client-facing experience, ideally with an implementation partner or end user.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or relevant work experience.
