What Youll Do:
As an Account Manager, you will:
* Manage your book of business consisting of existing clients
* Consistently achieve revenue targets while ensuring outstanding customer experience
* Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email
* Prepare technically and commercially sound proposals
* Drive profitability through strategic account management
* Track, manage, and report on sales activity relative to your plan
* Identify opportunities for upgrades and additional services
* Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
What We´re Looking For:
* Are fluent in Danish and have advanced English skills
* Possess strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
* Are goal-oriented, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively
* Demonstrate innovation, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills
* Are eager to learn quickly and thrive in a team environment
