Santander Digital Services is looking for a Security Engineer (Sec DevOps) based of Boadilla del Monte office, Madrid
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
Reporting to the Privileged Access Management Lead, the role is responsible for supporting the Operations, Projects, and Engineering activities of the Privileged Access Management function within Santander
Support, intergrate and develop solutions towards enhancing the PAM solution using Cyberark within Santander
Support PAM projects that include architecture, assessment, design, and development of PAM solutions categorised as new business requirements, audit items or existing defects/enhancements
Responsible for scoping and reviewing internal customer requests and prioritising development request for other engineers or as directed by PAM lead or management
Support the team with all aspects of administering PAM solutions and services to the customer
Assist in enhancing the PAM solution coverage as well as produce design documents which is used as part of improvement or project strategies
Assist the PAM lead on the design and architecture of all aspects and phases of the PAM solution and integration within the organisation
Collaborating with vendor on deployment & integration plans/designs/solution
Plan project workloads, allocating appropriate tasks to other engineers and monitor own tasks and progress against delivery targets
Develop solution for automation of processes to increase efficiency within the team
Acting as an escalation point for the team including technical escalation and ensuring agreed processes are understood and adhered to
Ensuring that all PAM controls are managed according to agreed processes with CISO and Global teams.

Professional Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar position.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (Required)
Languages
English (B2/C1+) (Preferred)
Spanish (Professional working proficiency)
Hard Skills
Cyberark Sentry qualification and or CDE.
BSc/BA/B Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or demonstratable experience.
Knowledge of Web Technologies and web development.
Scripting: JavaScript,, React, Node JS, Http API PowerShell, Bash, Python, Yaml etc.
Knowledge of ETL and visualisation tools such as Grafana, influx, Tableu, Kibana etc.
Public and Private cloud knowledge, IAM and secrets management
Experience in Cyber security and having min 4+ years of experience in design/development in CyberArk Experience deploying AIM/AAM, CPM, PSM Plug-in developments.
6+ years of experience as a technical SME and/or senior engineer specifically for Windows and *NIX operating system.
Experience creating platforms for the management of credentials on Unix, Windows, Database systems, web application, HP-ILO, DRAC, VMware, ESXI and Tier 0 appliances/devices.
