Creator Partnerships ManagerWe are looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager who knows how to build relationships, activate creators, and turn creator communities into a scalable growth channel.This role sits at the intersection of TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.You will own creator recruitment, outreach, negotiations, seeding, affiliate activation, ambassador programs, and ongoing relationship management across multiple brands.You will work closely with our TikTok Shop, Creative, and Account Management teams to identify opportunities, activate creators, and drive measurable business results.This is a highly autonomous role for someone who loves building relationships, thrives on ownership, and knows how to push things forward without waiting to be told what to do.What you'll doCreator Recruitment & Outreach- Identify, recruit, and onboard creators and affiliates for client brands.- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.- Conduct daily outreach to creators, talent managers, agencies, and affiliate partners.- Negotiate collaborations, commission structures, gifting opportunities, and campaign participation.- Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators.TikTok Shop Affiliate Programs- Manage affiliate recruitment and activation for TikTok Shop brands.- Coordinate product seeding and sample distribution.- Monitor creator performance and optimize affiliate portfolios.- Identify winning creators and scale investment into top performers.- Build ambassador programs and long-term creator partnerships.- Track creator-generated GMV and affiliate performance metrics.Influencer Campaign Management- Support and execute influencer campaigns for non-TikTok Shop clients.- Source creators based on campaign objectives, audience fit, and performance potential.- Manage negotiations, contracts, deliverables, approvals, and timelines.- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout campaign execution.- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet agreed KPIs.Relationship Management- Become the primary point of contact for creators and creator partners.- Maintain strong communication with creators throughout the partnership lifecycle.- Resolve issues quickly and proactively.- Create a positive experience that encourages creators to continue working with our brands.- Strengthen relationships with agencies, talent managers, and creator networks.Performance & Reporting- Track creator and affiliate performance across brands.- Analyze engagement, conversion, GMV, content output, and ROI.- Recommend actions based on performance data.- Share insights and opportunities with clients and internal stakeholders.- Help develop repeatable systems and processes to scale creator programs.What you needRequired- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or talent management.- Experience recruiting and managing creators and influencers at scale.- Strong understanding of TikTok and creator-led commerce.- Experience negotiating partnerships and managing external relationships.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Strong organizational and project management abilities.- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.- Comfortable working with performance data and campaign metrics.- Fluent English (written and spoken).Strong Advantage- Hands-on TikTok Shop affiliate experience.- Existing relationships with creators, talent agencies, or influencer networks.- Experience in an agency environment.- Experience with Creator Marketplace and affiliate platforms.- Experience working with US-based brands.- Additional
