As a Bartender at La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel in Mallorca, you are an integral part of a bartending team that brings innovation to beverages and guest experiences. In this role, based at our renowned Restaurant Miró, you’ll work with a range of premium spirits, locally sourced ingredients, and unique flavours to craft exceptional and exclusive cocktails. Primary Responsibilities Include
* Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, exhibiting a strong knowledge of different cocktails, beverages, and foods.
* Providing excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making them feel welcome and comfortable
* Making recommendations to guests by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, inlaying ingredients, flavours, and presentation of each drink
* Mixing and garnishing drinks to meet guest preferences and hotel standards
* Enforcing all legal regulations related to serving alcoholic beverages, such as checking identification for age verifications and refusing service to intoxicated individuals
Requirements
What You Bring:
* Possesses a responsible alcohol service certification or license depending on the jurisdiction and local regulations
* Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Ability to engage with guests, understand their preferences, make recommendations, and provide a positive experience
* Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements, proper presentation, and adherence to recipes
