How can you help us?
We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Expert to support and optimize our SAP S / 4HANA system, focusing on the Order to Cash (O2C) process and integrating elements from SAP SD / LE modules and adjacent systems. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring efficient Order to Cash processes and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Your main responsibilities
* Maintain, customize, and optimize SAP S / 4HANA for Order to Cash processes, including integration with other O2C tools, internal and external warehouses.
* Identify and implement process harmonization and automation opportunities within the O2C cycle.
* Participate in and support SAP S / 4HANA rollout projects, ensuring seamless integration of O2C processes.
* Experience with integration into external warehouses and internal warehouse processes, including freight management (shipments).
* Serve as a key business partner for customer service and logistics functions across the Hero Group.
* Provide second-level support, guiding key users on day-to-day O2C operations.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance process understanding and system design related to O2C.
* Collaborate with external service providers and contribute to Change Advisory Board decisions.
* Ensure all O2C processes comply with local legislation and Group IT guidelines.
* Support authorization and security management within the SAP system, focusing on O2C transactions.
Skills and Competencies
Background
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of SAP O2C processes and familiarity with SAP SD / LE modules.
* Proven experience with SAP S / 4HANA.
* Experience with SAP integrations in O2C, including IDOC and EDI.
* Understanding of business processes.
* Project management experience is a plus.
* Experience in the food industry is advantageous.
Competences
* Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to identify process improvements and drive change.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
This position can be based in Murcia, Spain, or Bad Schwartau, Germany.
