As an ISR Mission Systems Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space Getafe, you will contribute to designing and integrating ISR systems for aircraft such as C295, RPAS/UAS, FCAS and A400M. You’ll drive detailed design, requirements, modelling and supplier coordination within a V-model framework, supporting verification, testing and certification. You’ll work across sensors, datalinks, displays and mission computing to deliver safe, high-quality systems. This role offers meaningful impact in a defense domain with cross-functional collaboration and travel opportunities.

Responsabilidades
• expertise in ISR Mission & Avionics
• experience with ISR missions (Maritime surveillance/Patrol, antisubmarine warfare, AGS, EW)
• knowledge of Mission Sensors & Subsystems (Electrooptic, Radar, SIGINT/ELINT/ESM/COMINT, AIS, PLS, computing platforms)
• experience with Tactical Datalinks (L16, VMF, L22)
• knowledge of Displays, Navigation Systems, Computing Platforms, Transponders xpzdshu
• experience with UAS and/or Manned Mission Systems
• strong experience in end-to-end development and integration including safety, QA, configuration control
• procurement experience from supplier selection to monitoring
• proactiveness, good communication, willingness to travel
• strong Spanish and English skills
