Job Summary
The Program Director, Transformation leads large-scale enterprise programs that drive strategic, operational, and digital transformation across Strada's general organization. This role connects strategy to execution, ensuring that enterprise initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The Director partners closely with senior leadership to design transformation roadmaps, oversee execution governance, and embed sustainable change throughout the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise transformation programs that operationalize strategic objectives and deliver measurable business results.
- Define transformation roadmaps and success metrics in partnership with Strategy, Finance, and functional leaders.
- Oversee program governance, financial management, and execution across multiple geographies and workstreams.
- Establish performance dashboards, decision frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for executive visibility.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable work plans, integrating dependencies, milestones, and risks.
- Partner with executive sponsors to align scope, resources, and benefits realization.
- Drive structured change management and organizational readiness to ensure adoption of new operating models, systems, and processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Communications to align talent, engagement, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage transformation budgets, business cases, and ROI tracking in collaboration with Finance.
- Promote continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and leveraging analytics to refine methodologies and governance standards.
- Mentor transformation and PMO talent, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
- Deliver concise, data-driven updates and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
Accountabilities
- Deliver measurable transformation outcomes aligned with strategic and financial goals.
- Maintain global consistency in governance, methodology, and delivery standards.
- Ensure integration and alignment across transformation portfolios and enterprise initiatives.
- Provide executive leadership with actionable insights through reporting and KPI tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience leading enterprise transformation or large-scale program management across multiple regions.
- Proven success driving strategic, operational, and digital transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong understanding of transformation governance, change management, and value realization frameworks.
- Experience operating within or leading a Transformation Office or Enterprise PMO.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proficiency with program management and analytics tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI).
- Ability to work across time zones and travel up to 25% as needed.

- Fully remote, collaborating across multiple time zones (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
- Periodic travel (10–25%) for leadership sessions, governance meetings, and transformation workshops.
