Responsibilities
Managing a team and leading dedicated projects
Ongoing communication with the team, allocation of tasks
Supervision of progress, ensuring on-time and high-quality task delivery within the desired budget
Day-to-day analysis of team efficiency and identifying improvements to people and processes
Serving as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing people, providing feedback and performance reviews
Building long-term relationships with clients by analyzing and understanding their business needs and continuously improving the client experience
Advising the team on the complete strategy for the client, presenting creative ideas and identifying new client needs
Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in coordinating and executing localisation/content production projects
Min. 1.5 years of team management experience
Experience working with German-speaking clients (at least 2 years)
Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills
Ability to navigate complex projects and processes, with extensive reporting
Advanced level of English and German (at least C1)
Independence and a proactive approach
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Accuracy and attention to detail
Team player with responsibility for assigned tasks
Knowledge of Excel (intermediate)
Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas
Strong organizational skills
Resilience to stressful situations
Experience in pharma/medical industry is a plus
