We are looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist for an important software company located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:\nSupport the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.\nCollaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Technical teams, and occasionally Customer Success.\nAnalyze and report on key performance data to support strategic decision-making.\nUnderstand and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.\nContribute to business strategy initiatives with actionable insights.

Requirements
\n
: ~5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within software companies. ~ Fluent English (C1 or native level), both written and spoken. ~ Proficiency in another European language is a plus.

~ Strong understanding of business strategy and go-to-market frameworks. ~ Proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders. ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong business-facing mindset.

~ Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and interpretation.
