Role Summary
We are looking for a senior front-end developer with a strong technical background to lead the evolution of our front-end applications across product and customer-facing initiatives, reporting into the Product Architects team. This person will play a key role in defining implementation standards, guiding the development team, and ensuring that the front-end architecture supports scalability, maintainability, performance, and a high-quality user experience.
The role requires a hands-on leader with more than 10 years of proven experience in front-end development and at least 5 years leading projects or technical teams. The ideal candidate combines solid engineering judgment with practical delivery experience, can work closely with backend teams, and is comfortable adapting the platform to different customer skins and white-labeled environments.

Key Responsibilities
Development Leadership
* Lead the front-end development stream across product initiatives, setting technical direction, development practices, and quality standards for the team.
* Coordinate and mentor front-end developers, supporting delivery planning, code quality, and continuous improvement across projects.
* Act as the main reference point for front-end implementation decisions in collaboration with product and architecture stakeholders.
Front-End Architecture & Technical Decisions
* Own key architectural decisions at the front-end level, ensuring the solution is modular, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term product strategy.
* Define patterns, component structures, state management approaches, and integration standards across applications built mainly within the React ecosystem and other modern front-end technologies when needed.
* Promote best practices in performance, observability, testing, and maintainability throughout the front-end lifecycle.
Backend & API Integration
* Work closely with backend teams to design and implement robust integrations using GraphQL and REST APIs, ensuring consistency, reliability, and performance.
* Translate backend capabilities into clean and effective front-end experiences, with strong attention to data flow, asynchronous behavior, and user interaction patterns.
White Labeling & Customer Skins
* Lead the integration of customer skins and general customer frameworks for white-labeled projects when required by specific customer environments.
* Ensure that branding customization is implemented in a controlled and reusable way without compromising product consistency, maintainability, or upgradeability.
* Collaborate with product, design, and delivery teams to balance customer-specific customization with core platform evolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with UX, backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
* Contribute to technical discussions that connect front-end implementation with deployment realities, including environments that rely on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
Requirements
* 10+ years of proven experience in front-end development, with a strong track record delivering complex web applications in production environments.
* At least 5 years of experience leading projects, technical initiatives, or front-end teams.
* Core front-end technologies: Strong expertise in the React ecosystem, including modern component architecture, hooks, state management patterns, and front-end application design for scalable products.
* Application architecture and theming: Strong hands-on experience with React-based front-end development and the ability to define consistent patterns across reusable, branded, and white-labeled applications.
* API integration technologies: Solid experience integrating front-end applications with backend services through GraphQL and REST APIs.
* Data and platform environment: Experience working in environments where front-end applications interact with data platforms and services, including PostgreSQL-based ecosystems.
* Ability to make sound architectural decisions, communicate them clearly, and lead implementation across the development team.
* Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
* UX sensitivity and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams would be a strong plus.
* Experience working with design systems, theming strategies, customer-specific skins, and general customer frameworks in white-labeled products is highly valued, particularly in React-based applications. Experience with authentication frameworks would also be valuable, especially with solutions such as .
* Knowledge of Kubernetes and awareness of how front-end applications are deployed and operated in modern cloud-native environments is a plus.
* Experience in B2B software products, SaaS platforms, or orchestration and automation environments would be beneficial.
