Lead the strategic positioning of the Cybersecurity Lab as acenter of excellence in IoT and AI securitytesting, evaluation, and certification.Define and execute abusiness development roadmapto attract clients, collaborators, and funding opportunities.Ensure alignment with national and Europeancybersecurity regulations, frameworks, and best practices .Revision of evaluation results and verification of technical reports.Surveillance and monitoring activities related to subcontractors .Technical & Operational Management:
Supervise cybersecurity evaluation and certification processes, includingpenetration testing, vulnerability assessments, compliance auditing (ENS, IEC, CPSTIC), and security validation of AI solutions .Implement and overseesecure testing environmentsfor IoT devices and AI-driven applications.Manage laboratory resources, infrastructure and technical staff.Research & Development:
Lead and contribute toR&D projects in cybersecurity, particularly inhardware-based security, cryptographic techniques, and AI security .Collaborate withnational and international research institutions, government bodies, and private sector entitiesto drive innovation.Research of vulnerabilities related to IT solutions under evaluation.Industry & Academic Collaboration:
Establish partnerships withuniversities, research centers, industry leaders, and government agencies .Promote knowledge transfer activities, training programs, and public-private collaborations.Support thedigital transformation of Andalusian industriesthrough cybersecurity initiatives.Minimum Requiriments5+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership roles.Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent Master's degree.Expertise in penetration testing, hardware security, network security, and AI-driven cybersecurity risks.Experience with Root-of-Trust (RoT) design, TrustZone security, and cryptographic implementations.Hands-on experience in hardware security evaluation using Verilog/SystemVerilog and low-level programming (Assembly, C, Python).Strong understanding of cybersecurity certification processes and regulatory compliance.Aptitude for teamwork.
