The opportunity
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering substantial revenues, selling integrated and multi-channel sponsorship packages to new and existing clients across a portfolio of international AI-focused events. You will map and grow accounts by region, segment and product line, offering tailored, consultative solutions across live and digital event formats. This is a high-impact role for someone genuinely motivated by the intersection of sales, technology, and global events.

Key responsibilities
Execute a sales plan for your territory, meeting targets and KPIs
Generate and grow revenue through strategic and tactical client relationships
Stay current with industry news and data centre trends to bring real insight to client conversations
Write compelling, tailored sponsorship proposals using research and client intelligence
Manage multiple complex accounts with a consistently high standard of client service
Hold regular campaign calls and weekly check-ins with the client success team
Ensure all leads, contacts and activity are accurately logged in Salesforce
Attend events and industry occasions as required, including international travel
What we're looking for
+ 3 years of sponsorship sales experience from an events or media background
Proven ability to sell multi-channel and integrated campaigns
Consultative sales approach — SPIN Selling or GROW methodology a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, professional confidence and tenacity
Excellent proposal writing, presentation and objection-handling skills
Organised and able to manage a complex, high-volume workload
Proficient with Salesforce and Google Suite
University educated or equivalent
Comfortable with international travel to event locations
