What you'll contribute
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the underlying technology that powers financial insights and analytics platforms. The products you help build will be used by senior business leaders (e.g. CEOs, CFOs), investors, and quantitative analysts to make critical capital allocation decisions—highlighting the importance of observability and correctness in the systems you create.
You will work closely with product managers to validate requirements, help define system architecture, and contribute to feature development from concept through to launch and general availability.
Who you are Core Requirements
* Software engineer with strong computer science fundamentals (degree or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
* Proficiency in Python and experience contributing to backend application servers.
* Proven experience architecting frontend applications from scratch, with the ability to discuss architectural tradeoffs in depth.
* Experience with domain-driven design and building Python-based backend services (e.g. service/repository patterns, bounded contexts, aggregate roots).
Bonus Experience
* Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (e.g. Vite, Parcel, Turbopack).
* Experience with React meta-frameworks (e.g. TanStack, Remix, Next.js) and vanilla SPA development.
Frontend & Fullstack Experience
* Experience with atomic state management (e.g. Jotai).
* Experience with data fetching libraries (e.g. TanStack Query).
* Strong experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS).
* Experience building shared libraries for cross-platform reuse.
* Exposure to component libraries and design systems.
* Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Vitest).
* Experience building and deploying services with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
* Familiarity with Python tools such as Pydantic and SQLAlchemy.
