In Spain we are a Global Service Desk. We tailor IT related knowledge and services, and assist every employee and business partners of our customers as an individual, by finding practical solutions to their IT problems.
Responsabilities
Find faults with office environment IT related problems (connectivity, application errors, operating system issues).
Install current Microsoft operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop and laptop
Load an image onto a desktop and laptop.
Load standard software applications such as Microsoft Office or other scripted installs.
Install (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
Replace components in both desktops and laptops (e.g. hard drives, processors, fans etc.).
Understand complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
2nd Line Support of PCs & Laptops.
Management of print queues and toner replacement
Hands and Eyes support for network infrastructure.
Performing other IT related actions as guided by CC.
Ensuring all work is carried out to the agreed quality and service levels.
Necessary Knowledge:
Service Now
Microsoft Office
Windows
iOS
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Deskside Technician
Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science
Skills / Behaviours:
Excellence in Customer service.
Able to self-manage
Adaptability under critical events.
Organised and efficient.

Fully presential, Monday to Friday 40h/week 08:00 - 17:00
