JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to report to the CD Excellence team at Unilever Food Solutions Spain, the food division specializing in the HORECA channel, you will develop and implement the trade marketing strategy for the various Route to Market channels (Independent Retailers and Cash & Carry), generating activation tools and plans for the internal and external sales force. You will contribute to the creation of promotional activities at the point of sale, category-specific activation calendars, and brand positioning, as well as the medium- and long-term strategy for the restaurant channel.You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze sales data of Distribution & Cash and Carry channel.
2. Monitor and evaluate product availability across different channels, using relevant metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to drive continuous improvement.
3. Support the definition and monitoring of the promotional calendar.
4. Support the Key Account Manager (KAR) team and Point-of-Sale Managers in the execution of the trade plan.
5. Design and implement sales scripts and tools.
6. Develop and create point-of-sale (POSM) visibility materials for Cash and Carry channel with creative agencies.
7. Support multi-category and multi-channel departmental projects (Newsletter, UFS Cloud).
8. Manage stockouts and excess stock to minimize obsolescence.
9. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and responsibility within the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10. Bachelor's degree in economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
11. Ability to lead and coordinate diverse projects with multidisciplinary teams.
12. Experience in the Food Service/Out-of-Home channel.
13. 3 years of experience in Trade/Customer Marketing at an FMCG company.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
15. Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and project management skills.
16. Fluency in English is essential.
17. A proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, passionate and eager to work as part of a team in a multinational company
