As part of the General Operations Corporate Team and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across Globeducate's international network of schools and central teams.

The role focuses on enrolment planning, performance analysis, marketing effectiveness, financial insights and operational efficiency. You will work as a true business partner to multiple functions, helping leaders make better, faster and more informed decisions through robust analysis and clear data storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities across enrolment, marketing, finance and operations.
- Develop and automate analytical models and ETL processes.
- Monitor and interpret key KPIs such as Cost per Enrolment, year-on-year growth, marketing ROI and operational performance.
- Work closely with finance, operations, HR, commercial, marketing and admissions teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Provide insights on enrolment pipelines, conversion rates and lead generation performance across digital and offline channels.
- Support Operations teams by modelling processes and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare clear and concise analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across reporting assets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI standards, processes and ways of working at group level.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics or similar roles.
Technical and Professional Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills, used autonomously to analyse large datasets and build complex models.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard design.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools such as Infor, Azure Data Factory, Alteryx or similar.
- Experience in financial or business modelling.
- Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English, with confidence in live professional discussions and meetings.
Assessment Note:
Advanced Excel skills and English proficiency will be assessed during the selection process through practical exercises and live interviews.
