As a Lead Product Software Engineer, you will guide a developers team to deliver high‑quality software while upholding architectural guidelines and secure coding standards. You will partner with cross‑functional colleagues to shape technical design and drive the development lifecycle. You will advocate best practices, lead sprint planning, code reviews, and create robust testing and architecture. This role blends leadership with hands‑on engineering to accelerate product delivery in a dynamic, ambitious environment.
