Get a glimpse of how we learn here.Our movementWe’ve built 3 Hubs that host 250 school-aged learners in Barcelona.As the Learning Support Lead, you will oversee interventions & support for learners with specific learning needs, work closely with program leads to co-create learning experiences with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) at the core of our program at our primary years location in Castelldefels, fostering a love for learning and equipping students with essential skills for success. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping a positive learning culture in this location.Start date: Full-time from 19th of August 2025Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with 1 hour lunch), in person in Castelldefels.**Responsibilities**:Lead Learning Support Design & Implementation- Play a critical role in the co-designing and leading of a dynamic learning program for 6 to 12-year-olds.- Integrate support for learners in literacy and numeracy within transdisciplinary learning experiences.- Co-create all Learning Support Plans (LSPs) for learners with a diagnosed learning need, including all goal setting data collection, and progress monitoring.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously refine and innovate learner-centered interventions and support that aligns with the Eco Hub’s values.Group Facilitation & Learning Community Management- Guide multi-age small groups (6-11 year-olds), fostering a collaborative, respectful, and engaging learning environment.- Creating tiered supports and classroom-wide strategies that benefit all learners, not just those with LSPs.- Adapt facilitation strategies to balance structure and flexibility, meeting the needs of diverse learners.- Support conflict resolution and social-emotional learning, empowering learners to navigate challenges and build strong relationships.- Cultivate a sense of belonging and shared responsibility within the learning community.- Design and facilitate inclusivity or neurodiversity awareness workshops for the wider learning community.Collaborative Teamwork- Work within a cross-functional, agile team to co-create and refine engaging learning experiences using UDL principles.- Lead Learner Support meetings, in which concerns are presented and solutions established by the Eco Hub team.- Clearly communicate all goal areas of the LSP to team members, including feedback and data needed and coaching on implementation of strategies for support.- Co-lead the evolution of Learning Support across all three Barcelona Learnlife hubs, including team professional development, marketing vision, and training to visiting schools.- Participate in training sessions, reflective practices, and coaching to support continuous professional growth.- Contribute to the evolution of the Eco Hub’s educational approach by sharing insights and actively engaging in team discussions.Parent Communication- Serve as a key point of contact for families of learners with LSPs, fostering open, transparent, and supportive communication.- Provide regular updates on learner progress, program developments, and collaborative learning goals.- Partner with families to support each learner’s individual journey, ensuring a holistic approach to growth and development.Learning Space Development- Design and cultivate engaging, adaptable, and responsive learning environments tailored to the needs of primary years learners.- Ensure that learning spaces support exploration, collaboration, and hands-on experiences, both indoors and outdoors.- Ensure that learning spaces support the needs of a broad range of neurodiversity and executive functioning.- Integrate nature, sustainability, and real-world connections into the learning environment.Your experienceEducational Expertise- Minimum 3 years of experience working with 6- to 12-year-olds in inquiry-based, transdisciplinary, or project-based learning environments (such as PYP, MYP, or PBL).- Experience working with a diverse range of learning needs, including specific learning disabilities, neurodiversity, and social emotional regulation.- Familiarity with developing and implementing Individual Learning Plans, which includes determining goals, collecting data, and modifying based on learner growth and needs.Teaching Certification- Officially recognized teaching license from S
