Job Description:
For the LTA Programme perimeter and the Customers on his/her portfolio, the job holder:
Leads Performance-based logistics contracts for specific customers.Ensures fulfilment of Materiel Support customer requirements and manages In-Service Support contracts related to spares and repairs.Acts as the primary interface for Airbus DS Customer Services Regional Directors towards Material Services, ensuring correct reporting and cascading of Programme planning within Material Services.Maintains clear direction and continuous alignment of LTA Customer Services Programmes and Material Services strategies, identifying potential issues and ensuring their resolution.Ensures all Material Services activities are managed in line with Programme targets and policies (Time / Cost / Quality).Ensures Programme requirements are understood and executed in the Material Services Centres of Competences to secure delivery on target.Manages the end-to-end materials issue process covering all Material Services Centres of Competences and support functions.Manages Entry Into Service, Initial, and In-Service Material Support projects, ensuring major deliveries and quality issues meet Customer Service Programme Milestones.Coordinates and deploys LTA Material Services policies with Airbus DS local teams at Air Bases.Leads project management and steering of the Cost Evolution for Material Services, ensuring alignment with Programme targets and managing budget/expenditure.Coordinates actions within Material Services to anticipate issues and meet financial and performance commitments.Provides visibility on critical issues, recovery plans, and escalation points to management, synthesizing necessary actions.Manages Material Services risks and mitigation plans within the Programmes Risk Management process.Communicates Material Services perspectives within Programmes.Represents Material Services in Programme Governance reviews.Supports Quality functions and improvement projects related to Material Services.Contributes to Material Services performance metrics such as EBIT, Revenues, and Order Intake, supporting cost reduction and new business development.Participates in decision-making for activities impacting the MRTT Programme for Full In-Service Support contract.This position requires identifying potential risks of non-compliance and acting with integrity, foundational to the company's success and reputation.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:
