PositionSAP iXp: Talent Journey Coordinator Internship, Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date: 15th January or 1st February 2026 (6‐month placement). Full‐time (39.5 hours per week).
What You'll DoYou will help develop and roll out a program to find, engage, hire, and develop next‐generation talent for the Digital Hub in Barcelona.
Opportunities include proactively enhancing team strategy and contributing ideas to hiring processes.
Specific Activities
Crafting fresh and relevant job descriptions to attract top talent.
Identifying and attracting early‐talent candidates for open positions.
Proactively engaging with future talent via recruiting platforms.
Preparation of promotional material that is attractive to younger people.
Enhancing social‐media exposure for our teams and job vacancies.
Supporting recruiting and hiring processes.
Managing the internal intern community page.
Contributing to making selection and hiring processes more effective and taking part in candidate assessment.
Ensuring a good talent experience from application to end of internship by contributing to our Talent Development initiative.
Who You AreAdaptable, open‐minded, able to work well in a diverse team and independently. Curious, takes initiative, energetic, and eager to develop skills around social media, Microsoft Office, and general tech‐savviness. Well‐organized with attention to detail.

Qualifications and Language Requirements
At least in your third year of Bachelor or equivalent, or later in your education cycle looking for a first career step.
Under Spanish law, the university will sign a tri‐party agreement.
Study field: commercial focus ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Human Capital Management, Business Administration.
Ready to commit to a full‐time placement (39.5 hours per week) for 6 months.
High level of business English essential.
