Louis Vuitton Ibiza is seeking a highly motivated Hostess/Host & Waiters to join us ASAP in our store in Marina Ibiza (full time - Fijo Discontinuo until the mid of October) with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our Clients.
As a Hostess/Host, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will welcome our clients in a smiley and warm manner and make sure you provide them with the help they need : provide beverage service to customers in the waiting line and in the shop, create a first contact with them and encourage small talks to discover their needs, guide them through the products catalog while waiting to be attended by a Client Advisor. You will support thestoreteam with various tasks in store depending on the traffic.

PROFIL
In order to be successful in this role, you must be someone who has experience working in customer service, hospitality, catering or retail environment, dealing with a diverse clientele.
Someone who has a welcoming attitude, works well in a team setting, willing to provide help and satisfy customers to give them the best experience when entering in our stores.
**Fluent English is mandatory**, other languages are a plus.
