Environmental and Energy Management Specialist
To define and implement actions to ensure continuous improvement in environmental performance (Carbon Footprint, Circular Economy, Water, Waste, and Air emission management) and Energy Management in the plant (energy efficiency and project value proposition), in compliance with relevant legislation and corporate requirements.
Main Functions :
* Research and introduce innovative methods, practices, and technical solutions for energy efficiency and environmental impact reduction.
* Monitor and analyze performance data and related costs, generate Environmental Reports and Energy Reviews.
* Identify applicable legislation and define actions to ensure compliance.
* Share information on environmental and energy requirements to promote accountability across the organization.
* Implement E2MS at the local level.
* Manage environmental incidents, support risk management, and assist in compliance and auditing activities.
* Support the deployment of methods and tools in the plant for continuous improvement activities in E2MS.
* Collect data and information to contribute to reporting activities.
* Seek and introduce innovative solutions to reduce environmental impacts.
Qualifications :
* Courses or certificates in Environmental Management are preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Environmental Management within industrial plants, including system implementation, projects, and reporting.
* Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 regulations.
* Knowledge of SDR, DAE, DARI; familiarity with SCRAP is a plus.
* Strong analysis and reporting skills, especially with Excel.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong coordination, autonomy, communication, organization, and precision skills.
